Returns Policy
If you have changed your mind and wish to return all or part of your order, that is no problem at all. We can only offer refund on unopened, or defective items. Do not discard the items as we may need to have received them before processing the refund.
All refunds are processed within two working-days of being received and are subject to normal banking transfer times for the process to fully complete (usually 5-10 days), which is outside of our control. Please see our terms and conditions for more detail relating to cancellations and returns.
Non-fault related returns must be reported to us withing 14-days after receiving the delivery.

Damaged Deliveries
We hope that every one of our grass treatment products arrive on your doorstep in perfect order, but accidents do happen, especially in transit. If your order has been damaged in delivery, please take some photos / video of the damaged delivery box and any products that are damaged inside. Drop a message on our contact page, stating your order number and a description of the issue and we will get the problem resolved for you ASAP!
