One-time purchases

We aim to deliver all standard, one-time purchases within the time frames set out in the delivery options.  We will process the package within 1 business day of the order being received.

Subscription Deliveries

Our lawn care plan subscription deliveries are sent out during the season in which the products are designed to be applied.  We inform all subscribers when the products are due to be sent out so that you can keep an eye out for the courier.  Please check the scheduled delivery details on your subscription product page or contact us if you need more help.

Missing / delayed deliveries

If your items have not arrived in the expected time window, let us know via our contact page and we'll be happy to assist.  Please include your order number when contacting Mowd support for fastest possible resolution.
