Liquid feeds work best applied regularly. Each box is a spray programme for the season, so the plan is already made.

Frequently asked questions

How do the monthly payments and credits work?
Each monthly payment buys one treatment credit. A seasonal box uses three, so over a year your twelve payments cover four boxes — spring, summer, autumn and winter. You never pay for a box you haven't earned, and you can see your credits in your MyLawn account.
When will my first box arrive?
Boxes go out on the published dispatch date for each season. When you sign up we count the monthly payments that will land before the next date; if that's fewer than three, the difference is added to your first payment as a one-off so your box is complete. Tick “Send me a treatment now” and this season's box goes out within five working days as well.
What is the delivery share?
It's the postage for your four boxes a year, spread evenly across twelve payments and shown as its own line — 99p to £1.99 a month depending on the size of your box. It's fixed when you join, and it means the plan price is the price of the treatments, nothing hidden.
Can I cancel? What happens to credits I haven't used?
Yes, any time — there's no minimum term. Cancel from the link in your order emails or by contacting us. Any credits you hold that haven't been used for a box are refunded, delivery share included, within 14 days.
What if a payment fails or I skip a month?
We'll email you and retry. You don't earn a credit for a month that isn't paid, so if you reach a dispatch date short of three credits we'll send you a link to top up and dispatch your box as soon as it's paid. Credits never expire while your plan is active.
How do I apply liquid treatments?
Dilute and spray with a knapsack sprayer or apply with a watering can — each bottle carries its rate for your lawn size, and the box comes with a month-by-month order to apply them in. MyLawn reminds you when each one is due.

As a life long user or 20:10:10 i was sceptical about using special lawn fertiliser. I am a complete convert. Over the years I have wasted numerous split / damp bags of fertilizer...no more of that hassle now. Correct dose, correct time gets me an excellent striped lawn. Thank you for a great service.

No plan in place I just buy it as required, excellent feed can't wait for the rain so can get my second feed down to keep that lawn a lovely green

Due to the recent weather and total lack of rain, the treatment is still in its bag. The lawn is badly scorched so cannot really comment on the product further

Cant comment on the product yet but just giving 3 stars due to weak packaging. The product bag was heavy and the outer bag, thin plastic. You’re expecting a lot for it to arrive safely and the bag had snagged on something and an amount of product escaped. Bearing in mind its a chemical I’m surprised rules on packaging are not a bit tighter.

Arrived fast. Lawn looks notably vibrant and easy to apply with no measuring. I just chucked it all down as evenly as I could. Time will tell if it lasts 3 months for a feed - but happy right now :)
